Product condition, specifications, photographs and descriptions may vary according to the actual item available or supplied. Where applicable, the condition and relevant product terms will be stated in the quotation, invoice or other commercial documentation.

Repair, testing and refurbishment services are subject to technical inspection, diagnosis and feasibility.

4. Website Enquiries, RFQs, Quotations and Orders

Submitting an enquiry or Request for Quote through the website does not by itself create a purchase order, binding contract or obligation to supply.

Quotations are subject to stock availability and any conditions stated in the quotation. The validity period will be as stated in the quotation; where no validity period is stated, availability and pricing remain subject to confirmation.

An order becomes effective only after acceptance and confirmation by Quaint Refining.

Price, taxes, freight, duties, insurance, payment terms, warranty, lead time and other commercial conditions will be as specified in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice or agreed commercial documentation.

Quaint Refining may decline or cancel an enquiry or order where stock, technical, compliance, ownership, logistics or commercial requirements cannot reasonably be satisfied.

5. Product Condition, Testing and Warranty

Equipment may be supplied as New, Refurbished, Pre-owned, Used, Legacy or EOL, as stated for the particular item.

Where testing is performed, the scope of testing may depend on the equipment and available test environment.

Any warranty, DOA coverage, replacement, repair or other after-sales terms are product- and transaction-specific and will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or warranty documentation. No universal warranty period is implied by these website terms.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or invoice.

Advance payment may be required depending on the product, order and agreed commercial terms.

Payment must be made through a payment method approved by Quaint Refining. An order may remain unprocessed until the required payment or payment confirmation has been received.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on stock readiness, inspection, packing, courier/logistics arrangements, customs procedures and other external factors.

Shipping, freight, insurance, duties, taxes and related charges will be handled according to the applicable quotation and agreed delivery terms.

Any transfer of risk, responsibility or title, where applicable, will be determined by the agreed commercial or delivery terms.

Quaint Refining is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics providers, customs, government restrictions, natural events, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Repairs and Refurbished Equipment

Repair feasibility is subject to equipment inspection, fault diagnosis, testing and technical assessment.

A repair may not be feasible where required components, technical information, test facilities or other necessary resources are unavailable.

Refurbished or pre-owned equipment may show reasonable cosmetic signs of prior use, where applicable, and will be supplied according to the condition stated in the relevant commercial documentation.

Customers should back up or remove any data before sending equipment for repair. Quaint Refining is not responsible for data loss arising during repair, testing, handling or servicing.

9. Buyback, Surplus Inventory and E-Waste / Asset Recovery

Buyback or asset-recovery enquiries are subject to evaluation of equipment type, model, quantity, condition, ownership and commercial viability.

Any valuation or buyback offer is subject to verification and, where required, inspection of the information and equipment supplied.

The seller or transferor must have the legal right and authority to sell or transfer the equipment.

Quaint Refining may decline equipment that does not meet applicable safety, ownership, compliance, condition or commercial requirements.

Where e-waste handling, recycling or disposal is involved, the applicable process will depend on the equipment, transaction and relevant requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, logos, images and other content are owned by or used by Quaint Refining with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use website content without prior authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
